Why old equipment is a live risk
Retired drives still hold your data
Deleting files and reformatting does not remove recoverable data. The device leaves the building with your client records on it.
Equipment is stacked in a store room
Machines nobody will use again occupy space and stay on the asset register long after they were written off.
Disposal has no paper trail
Insurers, auditors and clients increasingly ask how equipment was destroyed, and a verbal answer is not one.

Enterprise-grade protection, with human-first 24/7 monitoring of endpoints, Microsoft 365 and sign-in behaviour. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace backups run up to four times a day, and on-premises servers are backed up too.

Do you provide a certificate of data destruction?
Yes. Every disposal job comes with a record listing each device and how its storage was sanitised or destroyed.
Can you recycle electronics other than computers?
Yes. Monitors, printers, phones, networking equipment, UPS units and cabling are all accepted. Ask about anything unusual.
Is e-waste collection available outside the Sydney CBD?
Yes. We collect across the Sydney metropolitan area. Volume and location determine scheduling.
What happens in a complimentary IT review?
A 25-minute call, phone or Teams. We ask what you run, what breaks, and what worries you, then tell you plainly what we would fix first and what it would take. There is no obligation and nothing to install beforehand.
Can we watch the destruction?
Witnessed destruction can be arranged where your policy requires it. Tell us at the inventory stage so it is scheduled rather than retrofitted.
Is there any value back on newer equipment?
Sometimes. Where a machine still has resale value we tell you rather than treating everything as waste.
