The starting point

Under that agreement, Static looks after day-to-day support, Microsoft 365 administration, account onboarding and offboarding, and the routine maintenance work that keeps a business environment healthy. New starters are onboarded with the right access from day one. Leavers are properly disabled. Mailbox, licence and identity housekeeping is owned end-to-end.

Alongside the day-to-day, the engagement runs a steady programme of modernisation. Pieces of the environment are reviewed, upgraded and replaced over time, communicated in plain language, scheduled around production, and closed out cleanly. Cyber security is part of the same conversation: tightening the posture in sensible steps rather than a single all-at-once project, so the business is always a little further forward than it was last quarter.
